Erasmus+ supports training activities abroad for professionals involved in pre-primary, primary and secondary school education. These opportunities can consist of courses and trainings, and job shadowing periods at relevant organisations.
Job shadowing is a useful way to learn about a particular job of interest. Each job-shadowing experience can be different. However, you typically will follow an employee and observe them partaking in their day-to-day work. They might ask you to help with certain tasks, as well.
Erasmus+ supports training assignments at adult education organisations abroad. These opportunities can consist of courses and training, and job shadowing periods at relevant organisations.
